No prior experience is required. Our programme is designed for complete beginners with an interest in technical work. Basic mechanical aptitude and enthusiasm for learning are the only prerequisites.
The Foundation Course runs for 5 days at our training facility in Brentford (West London).
It is primarily theory-based, supported by live demonstrations and structured workshop observations to help you understand real espresso machine systems before progressing to hands-on work.
Students also have the option to shadow a field technician to experience real service visits.
This is subject to availability and may take place during the course or on a future scheduled date depending on logistics.
Graduates typically find positions with equipment distributors, manufacturers, independent service companies, or large café chains. Some establish their own service businesses or progress to technical sales roles.
